First Visit Guide
Arrival
Please bring your health insurance card (hokensho) or My Number Card, and your medication record booklet (okusuri techo) if you have one.
Consultation
The doctor will discuss your symptoms and run any necessary tests.
Appointments prioritized (walk-ins welcome). Booking online helps reduce your wait time. (The booking page is in Japanese — you can also call us to book.)
Payment
We accept all Japanese health insurance (NHI, employee insurance, etc.), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and contactless payments. Prescriptions are filled at a nearby pharmacy.
Before Your Visit
- Walk-ins are welcome (patients with appointments are seen first)
- Please bring your health insurance card (hokensho) or My Number Card
- If you have a medication record booklet, referral letter, or health checkup results, please bring them
- We accept credit cards and contactless payment
- We can continue prescriptions from other clinics (no referral letter required)
- Basic English support available — translation apps are welcome. Please don’t hesitate to visit even if your Japanese is limited
- If you do not have Japanese health insurance, self-pay rates apply (approximately 2x the standard insurance-point fee schedule)
